Who are we looking for?
Energetic, fun, people who love the outdoors and have a keen
interest in the environment. You are flexible, a good communicator, motivated, a
problem solver, work well in a team, and like to meet new people. Previous guide experience is not
necessary.
Position -
Deschutes River Guide
Requirements
1.) You must be at least 18 years old, one year of college preferred.
2.) CPR and First Aid Certified (can be obtained after
hiring)
3.) Complete the All Star guide training
4.) Good driving record
5.) Are physically fit and can work in hot weather
conditions

2.) Interview by phone or in person
3.) Training- Coming out to train does not guarantee a full
time position with All Star.
The amount of training necessary depends on your experience
and ability, not a set amount of time. Your readiness to guide commercially will
be assessed by senior staff.
