Deschutes River Guided Fishing Service

The Deschutes River is known throughout the world for its incredible fishing!  Fishing for trout is a year round activity and Steelhead are in the river from August through February.  During the spring and fall seasons, you'll find the river inviting with warm sunny days, great fishing and a sense of solitude.  It is hard to describe the thrill of having a steelhead strike a fly or lure and the fun of reeling in such a beautiful fish.  Every once in a while the trout go into a feeding frenzy!  When you're fishing at one of these times life is pure JOY!

All Star offers three great options for fishing the Deschutes River, each with a different level of service and cost.

Deschutes River Fishing Guides 

For many of our guides, the only thing they love more than boating the Deschutes is fishing the Deschutes! Fishing with one of our experienced and knowledgeable guides will ensure that if the fish are biting you'll be in the right place at the right time to have a lot of fun!  We offer 1 day, 2 day, 3 day, and 4 day guided fishing trips.  For more information and prices please call us at 800-909-7238, or e-mail us! 

Guided Fishing Safaris 

Our Fishing Safaris are designed to allow you to maximize your time on the water while we take care of the details in camp.  You row your own raft to the fishing locations of your choice.  We take care of the cooking, cleaning and setting up camp so you get to maximize your time fishing early in the morning and late in the day.  Our Fishing Safari gives you a chance to catch more fish by allowing you to spend more time fishing!

 4 days/$395.00 per person- includes the cost of the boats, dry bags, tents, sleeping pads, all food, and boaters passes. Sleeping bags are an additional $10.  Rafts are 14' self bailing NRS Otters.  Day one includes rowing instruction. Class III rapids are scouted and run as a group. 

Trout: (Warm Springs to Maupin) April through October

Steelhead: (Buck Hollow to Heritage Landing) August through November

Other dates or number of days on the river are available on request.

Oregon Raft Rentals

If you want complete freedom for your fishing vacation, rent rafts and do a self guided trip.  We are happy to deliver and pick up boats and equipment at locations from Warm Springs to Heritage Landing.  Gear includes oars, oar frames, coolers, dry bags, a pump, straps or cargo nets, repair kit and porta-potty.  There are 100 miles of water available for trips ranging in length from one day to two weeks!
