Clackamas River Rafting
1/2 Day Clackamas River Rafting
1 Day Clackamas River Rafting

The Clackamas River is an exhilarating and scenic class II - IV river only 30 miles east of downtown Portland. In the spring as the snow in the Cascades melts it comes crashing down the canyon resulting in rapids with big waves and powerful currents. During the warmer summer months we switch to smaller rafts to accommodate a lower water level which makes the paddling more technical and challenging. There are many fun rapids including Powerhouse, Carters Bridge, Sling Shot, Hole in the Wall, Toilet Bowl and Bob's Hole. High water or low, rain or shine, the Clackamas always has beautiful scenery and a very isolated feel. Wet suits and paddle jackets are provided (if needed) as well as a deluxe deli style lunch (full day only), shuttle, all boating equipment and our skilled guides.
