Deschutes River Level  Anything between 4,000 and 10,000 cfs is good.  5,000 is our favorite.

Oregon Snowpack Information Plan your summer trips, above average means longer seasons for free flowing rivers! Below average means plan to go earlier in the season. Spring rainfall and temperatures also have a significant effect on run off.

The Deschutes and White Salmon are always boatable year round.  Average seasons for the Owyhee are March through Memorial Day, the John Day; April through June, the Hood; March through May, the Sandy; March through June, the McKenzie; March through October, the North Santiam; March through October,the Clackamas; year round (but Bob's usually dries up around mid May) and the Wind; March through early May.
